COVID-19 has affected us all, and we’ve all adjusted in different ways. Here at Cleveland Ford, our teams have been working hard to make sure that buying a new or Pre-Owned car, and getting the necessary service done continues to be a safe in-person experience.

We’ve taken multiple steps to help prevent further exposure to the COVID-19 virus throughout our dealership in an effort to keep everyone safe, from Cleveland to Chattanooga and Athens.

We’ve taken an effort to ensure that all high-touch areas including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more are frequently cleaned and sanitized by our highly trained cleaning crew.

After handling pens, keys, touching handles, car surfaces, and other high-touch surfaces, we highly recommend and encourage both staff and customers to make use of the hand sanitizing stations we have placed throughout our dealership.

What We Can Offer You Outside of the Dealership

Complimentary Pickup and Delivery Options*

The car buying and owning experience is still best in-person. However, since we understand the reservations some have about coming into any business, we have figured out a way to bring the experience to you! When you’re in the process of buying a car or trying to schedule service, you now have the option to have your brand new car and the paperwork delivered right to you, as well as having our team pick your car up to have it serviced for you.

You no longer have to come into the dealership to pick up your brand new car from us. Once we have all of the paperwork we need to complete the sale, our team will bring your new car right to wherever you are. We also offer this at no extra cost to you!

Buying a car has never been easier, and neither has servicing it!

Our service pick up option is now available to everyone within a reasonable distance of Cleveland Ford, so you can relax at home knowing your car is getting the service it needs. When you’re scheduling your car for a service visit, you’ll now have the option to have our team come to you and pick up your car, leaving you with a loaner if you need one. Our expert Ford technicians will handle whatever your car needs, and return it to you cleaned and sanitized.

AT HOME TEST DRIVE*

Seeing a car on a screen and trying it out in person is like night and day. And since we understand that some of you aren’t yet ready to come back to the dealership, we decided to come to you. Now, when you’re scrolling through our available inventory of new and Pre-Owned cars, you have the option to schedule a test drive at your own home. Just give us the dates and times that work for you and we’ll give you a call to confirm the test drive. Our team will bring the car you like over and leave it with you for a bit. Feel free to drive it on your commute, around your neighborhood, even hold onto it for the night to mull it over a bit.

As for the car itself, you can rest easy knowing that our team will sanitize it before we drop it off to you and after you are finished with it, if you decide you don’t want to keep it.

If you are coming in for service, you are more than welcome to drop your car off with us and leave the dealership. We’ll let you know when your car is done. We are also offering complimentary at-home pickup and delivery as well as at-home test drives,* meaning you can enjoy many of our dealership services from the comfort of your home.

We are currently offering payment relief for new-car buyers under the new “Built to Lend a Hand” program. If you would like to learn more about our current payment options, feel free to contact us at your convenience.

Yes. If your car requires service, you should still bring it in. Our entire team has been trained in best practices for keeping customers and other staff safe at all times. We will also pick up your car from your home and drop it back off after the service is complete at no cost within 25 miles of the dealership.*

We are not offering loaner vehicles for service, however, we are offering complimentary pickup and delivery for service.* This means you don’t have to leave your home to get your car serviced.
